[boskid][2.0.65] Crash saving after placing parameterized blueprint (LogisticSection filter check fails)

Creating and placing a parameterized blueprint of the buffer chest closest to the player after loading the save, crashes the game when attempting to save afterwards, even if the blueprinted chest is deconstructed.

- Create a blueprint of the buffer chest (the one with wood requests)
- Parameterize the wood
- Place the blueprint
- Attempt to save
