Viewing very old saves?

Is there any way to play (or at the very least view) very old saves from before version 1.0 released? Specifically I have a map from 8 years ago, version 0.14.21-0, my first ever save, and I would like to see it again. Even just some sort of online map viewing tool or something would be sufficient.
Anyone have any ideas?

You can just download the fitting version from

As Loewchen pointed, you can download older versions from
https://www.factorio.com/download/archive/
If you want to know which version is appropriate for your save file, you can use this tiny table of compatibility:
- 0.6.4: loads saves from 0.0.75 up to 0.6.4
- 0.7.5: loads saves from 0.3.0 up to 0.7.5
- 0.8.8: loads saves from 0.4.0 up to 0.8.8
- 0.9.8: loads saves from 0.5.0 up to 0.9.8
- 0.10.12: loads saves from 0.6.0 up to 0.10.12
- 0.11.22: loads saves from 0.7.0 up to 0.11.22
- 0.12.35: loads saves from 0.9.0 up to 0.12.35
- 0.13.20: loads saves from 0.10.0 up to 0.13.20
- 0.14.23: loads saves from 0.11.0 up to 0.14.23
- 0.15.40: loads saves from 0.12.0 up to 0.15.40
- 0.16.51: loads saves from 0.13.1 up to 0.16.51
- 0.17.79: loads saves from 0.15.0 up to 0.17.79
- 1.0.0: loads saves from 0.16.0 up to 1.0.0
- 1.1.110: loads saves from 0.18.0 up to 1.1.110
- 2.0.x: loads saves from 1.0.0 up to 2.0.x
With this you should be able to find what is the newest version that still supports loading your save file (0.14.21-0 save can be loaded in game version 0.16.51), and with saving in a slightly newer version you should be able to get a save file that can be opened in even more newer game version (there should always be some overlap making it possible to migrate saves forward, worst case that may need multiple steps).

Perfect, thank you both. I didn't know Wube made old versions freely available but I shouldn't be surprised since they're fuckin awesome.
