[2.0.65] Replacing a mining drill with a different quality tier deletes its filters

What did you do?
Place down a mining drill on a mixed resource patch, and set the resource I wanted to include or exclude from the patch.
After the filters were set, I upgraded the drill to a higher quality tier.
What happened?
The filters were completely cleared from the drill, and the whitelist/blacklist toggle reset back to whitelist.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected the filters to remain as I previously set them.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always, whether quality is upgraded manually, or with bots.
