Loaders ignore automated insertion limit

Loaders ignore the automated insertion limit and will fill up an assembler to the the hard limit (stack size + 4 * hand-stack) (iirc).

It was eluded to in viewtopic.php?p=668370#p668370 that this might be something deserving of a "fix", thus I'm posting this as a bug. If it really fits better as an "Idea and suggestion", please move this post there.

It would be awesome if loaders honored the automated insertion limit. Even more awesomer if that was a setting that could be toggled.
Loader fill
Inserter fill

I disagree; I like that you can achieve super-high throughputs and buffer sizes, especially with modded loaders.

I am considering this a modding interface request and as such moving it out of bug reports.

This should be a prototype property.

I believe that's the point of loaders.
