Making game icons [Alt+Click]-able

I have often the case wanting to see the Factoriopedia entry of game items after seeing them referenced as game icons shown in text environments.
I would like to be able to use [Alt+Click] on these icons.
This can be more relevant if playing with mods, but also in the base game there are places without clickable cross references, like e.g. Factoriopedia shows for uranium fuel cell, "Spent result: (uranium-cell-icon) Depleted uranium fuel cell" as a non-clickable text, things like this could be much better navigable with this being implemented.
