Add numbering to rail signal ghost wagon outlines

I have just one small idea to make rail network building maybe a bit easier.
When placing a rail signal you see the outline of wagons which are be able to fit behind it up until the next signal.

Which is a really really essential tool! It could be just a bit better, if you had numbers on the outlines directly after the signal counting up.
Something like this (extending this to all remaining outlines...):

So it would be much easier to check if you have a full block for your desired train lengths :)

In Interface settings if you configure train visualization length to match length of your trains you will already get some hints about train spots and where is the last box (last spot will be yellow instead of white).

If you want the numbers anyway, there exists a debug setting called `show-stock-numbers` that you can enable.

@boskid WHUT?! I knew about the setting to limit the number of boxes shown (which wasn't as helpful to me, since you need to count anyways to see if you got 5 or 6 blocks in) but the debug option is just exactly what I was looking for!

Thank you very much for that tip!
Maybe you could consider offering that debug option as a regular option right next to the one where you can limit the number of blocks shown :)

Thank you anyways for pointing that out I will use that for every safe now :D
