since 2.0.55 stack size in insertes not right

My stack size stays at 1+2 have searched 1+3 some time ago i updated the game to 2.0.60 and it stays 1+2

The research you mention increases normal inserters up to stack size 1+2=3 with research level 7. To get the final +1 for a stack size of 4, you need to research Transport belt capacity.
