The current description for super force build, found in the hover text for a blueprint, reads:

Control + Shift + Left-click to super-force build a blueprint. It places terrain automatically and colliding entities are marked for deconstruction.

While this was accurate when super force building was initially added, it is now misleading as the standard force build also places terrain. This should either be moved to the force build description or removed.

That is not a bug.
