Before the new version I could access the shattered planet, but now when I configure to go there it takes me to the edge of the system, ignores the shattered planet and goes to the next planet in the list.
If I only have this destination, I can go there, therefore it's impossible.
Is this a bug?

Which new version, there are multiple "new" versions depending on your update branch. Do you have any "fly condition" set for the shattered planet destination? Without a condition that allows it to fly it will turn back right away.
