[2.0.60] Some entities do not show ghosts after destroyed

Environment:
Game version: Factorio 2.0.60 (build 83512, linux64, steam, space-age)
OS version: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS x86_64 Xorg
Hardware: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics, 48GB RAM

Description:
Spotted during casual play, entities destoryed by friendly-fire, and the ghosts are not displayed for all entities.

Steps to reproduce (deduced):
1. build a poorly designed Pentapod egg factory
2. place a Spidertron armed with explosive rockets nearby, set to auto-fire mode
3. let Pentapod eggs Spoil and spawn Wrigglers

Expected behavior:
1. Spidertron fire rockets to kill Wrigglers, explosion also destory the factory
2. ghost of the destoryed buildings should be displayed on top of the debris

Observed behavior:
1. Spidertron fire rockets to kill Wrigglers, explosion also destory the factory
2. some destoryed buildings shows ghosts on top of the debris, some are not
3. when hovering cursor over those missing ghosts, the ghosts are displayed
4. moving cursor away, the ghost disappears.
5. save and exit, re-launch the game and load, this issue still persists.

Thanks for the report. That is working as intended - the ghost does not show when the corpse still exists at the exact location of the ghost. Instead the yellow marker shows that it's to-be-rebuilt. It has worked that way since 2.0's release about a year ago.
