[2.0.55] Desync copying blueprint

game version: 2.0.55, space age (but disable all space age dlc), no mod, win64
what do I do:
1. connect to multiplayer game (there is another player in server)
2. try copy my blueprint book, game notify me need to wait upload blueprint to server
3. wait a few seconds, upload done
4. try copy blueprint book again
what do I see:
1. game report desync
what do I expect:
1. game should continue to play
save file, blueprint, desync report: I tried 2 way to solve this:
1. delete this blueprint from my library, desync not happen
2. not delete blueprint, just tell my friend to leave server, desync not happen too
what do I do:
