When in remote View, having for example rocket fuel (Ghost) in your cursor, it is not possible to insert the fuel into the locomotive when holding CTRL-click or Shift-click.
On other entities, like inserting modules into beacons, this works normally.

It is possible to insert them when opening the UI of each locomotive, but this is very tedious when having to fuel multiple trains.

Thanks for the report however I'm going to decide that this is not a bug. Remote quick-insertion of fuel ghosts was as far as I know never a intended or designed game feature and as such this is working correctly.

There is no clear answer for how it should work for something like a furnace where fuel may go into the fuel slot, or might go into the ingredient slot. Modules have a clear answer already in that they always go to the module slots if an entity has one. You can't quick-insert modules into a wooden chest for example.
