I want to set in a 50 x 50 grid a oil production with about 10 refineries which production should be consumed almost entirely by plastic, sulfur, sulfuric acic and lubricant - how to set up factorio planner correctly to find out the ideal ratio's?
Or even better would you kindly send me a save file from the factoryo planner?

There are many different "Factorio planners" out there. I think you're going to have to be a lot more specific as to what you're asking about.
