No need to bring attention to it, just report the posts and mods will get to it when they have time.

If you see a spambot, you can report it with the report function, and wait for mods to do their job.
Aside from that, remember that moderators are humans, they don't F5 all day long to ninja-ban spambots on first post. Thank you for your comprehension.
