Hi!
After checking the technology screen I noticed that shotgun has range of 20 that is the same as rocket launcher.
Shotgun is close-ranged weapon so it should have smaller range.

I believe it is ok, as this is the maximal range, and the individual projectiles are already quite spread there.

Edit: Moving to not a bug, as it is not bug, but potential balancing issue.
