I'd like a way to hide mods or authors on the portal when skimming it. Currently there's no filtering of that sort. Mostly I want to be able to hide mods that I don't care about that are updated often, or the mods of developers I'm not interested in following.

You can do that already with the "-" operator, similar to a google search.
For example, "-earendel" will hide all of earendel's mods.
The mod portal used to not support it because mellisearch, the api it switched to a while go, didn't have it, but it had since been updated to support it.

It's not perfect, but you can bookmark a search term and use that as your base search instead of typing a bunch of excludes every time.

I ask for a block feature for the mod portal, that in addition to hiding that user's mods from your search, removes the ability of the blocked person from opening issues/threads in the discussion tab in your mods.

Now that I can block individual mods and authors, I would like to be able to do this without pressing CTRL-R to Reload the screen every time I want to see the additional blocking buttons. When I press the >> button the view resets to hide the blocking buttons.
