Blueprint question

I created a test game in Factorio Editor Modus for development purposes, which I have effectively ruined by mistakenly storing massive amounts of materials in network chests that I cannot delete. In this game, I saved several blueprints that are only assigned to this particular save.

What is the easiest way to transfer these blueprints, which are only linked to that game, into a new game?

Press B, or click the icon in the top right of the screen, to enter the Blueprint Library.
You can store blueprints in there. There are two tabs. One tab stores blueprints within the current save, the other tab is available across all saves.

If you need to transfer blueprints across different installations of Factorio, your best option is the built-in blueprint string import/export.

Many blueprints, which are currently stored only in the game only section blueprint library of my current game, need to be transferred to a new game.

So from one installation to another? Launch a save and copy the bps into Game blueprints, save the game and move it to the other installation.

To get rid of vast amounts of items in the editor, configure the map editor like this:

In the Settings tab of the map editor widget activate these:
instant blueprint building
instant deconstruction
instant upgrading
instant rail planner

Now, to get rid of stored items, delete the whole area with the use of a deconstruction planner. If it's gone, press undo (CTRL-Z) to restore. The buildings are now back again, just without any stored items in chests and without items in machines/belts/inserters. Deletes a million items in a fraction of a second.

Can I do this in a swap or must I do this individually?
