With a blueprint in the cursor:

SHIFT + Arrow keys - adjusts the Grid position.
CONTROL + Arrow keys - adjusts the Absolute grid offset.

This arrow key klick doesn’t work on the Mac.
Where may I set this in the Factorio preferences?

Settings -> Controls -> Miscellaneous -> Move blueprint (absolute grid|entities) (up|down|left|right)
