Feature request: Shuffle mode / music based off surface on instead of surface in remote view

This is a rough one for me, because I've told a joke about it on reddit, but it's actually rather hard for me. Particularly since I want to make youtube videos about games I like.
When you switch into remote view, the music fades and then switches to a planets track.
I have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. And one of the things that happens is you can sometimes notice things and be extremely distracted by them; that do not affect other people. I call it "the squirrel", because it is like noticing a small animal across the street when you are trying to do something else. You're a fine adult, but the disorder holds you back because you do things faster sometimes than is merited and sometimes have more emotion than is helpful.
I like the music. I like the idea of displaying all of it as a default (it respects the musician, and they've done very well). In my case it ends up sounding like someone is switching the radio constantly because I switch menus quick, pause to fix and issue for a minute or two, and switch again.
Is there some way, that one planet's music could be put on "shuffle", regardless of how you switch the remote view? That way, if I get excited and start to switch between planets and space platforms to check things, the music does not change (and I do not get distracted as a result). It might be possible to tie it to the surface I am on, that way I do not have to manually adjust things so much? And can show the planets music off; as well as I can?
It may not be well handled as a game feature but as a mod. Curious for thoughts. It's difficult, because it's technically excellent. In terms of my perception it isn't for me.
I am already aware of the pause/skip music functions in the game. This does not fit my "use case" because then I am a hyperactive person investing too much in pausing something beautiful. It's rather frustrating. Edit: also, more often than not it ends up getting paused for too long.
