[2.0.55] Desync after minutes

Hey,
Me and my brother bought factorio and we love it. Yesterday we played like 8 hours and everything worked completely fine but today there is a annoying problem. The problem is that when I host a Game than after some minutes after my brother joins the hosted game he gets disconnected by desyncing. And than we tried to switch so he hosted a game and i also disconnected after some minutes because of desyncing to server.
Please help us we really love this game!

Have you tried connecting your brother's computer to his switch? It's possible your computer has an issue.

Are you running with any mods?
As a general rule, factorio shouldn't be desyncing.
Or are you referring to disconnecting because the client can't keep up?

We will try tomorrow and than I will write again but thanks for the advice with the mode

The computer that shows the desync error isn't necessarily the one that is faulty. If your computer has a faulty component, then it will desync when connected to a non-faulty server. But also, if the faulty computer is the server, the non-faulty client will desync because the server always assumes it is correct.

so we made a new map and all worked fine until now he is getting desynced

A new map desyncing is suspicious. Post his log please, does not have to be of a session with a desync.

Looking at the desync report, I'm not seeing anything stick out. The electric and fluid flow are different. Electric and fluid flow happen all the time on every single save so if there was some underlying desync with them it feels like they should be breaking a lot faster and more frequently.
Have you found any reliable reproduction for the desync? "join, do action X, 2 seconds later it desyncs?"
