TL;DR

Add a modding api option for adding a section to the Circuit connection gui panel.

What?

The circuit connection panel has a bunch of useful options, but it would be great if mod authors could add their own.

Current situation

Mod authors have to create a new panel.

Proposed improvement

A new section can be inserted into the "Circuit connection" panel (ignore the darker background, i stitched the image in ms paint).

Why?

Let's list some of the advantages that I can think if:

• Shows only when circuit network is connected by default.

• Clearly explains to the player that this functionality is related to the circuit network.

• Saves space (especially important if multiple mods try to add their own panels).
