- try to open a world
- open the sync and load mods gui
- press the sync button
- uncheck the "load save after sync"
- wait for all the green bars are full
- notice the game restarting and then loading the world

expected behavior: for the checkboxes to either still "work" after clicking the sync button, or to have them greyed out/disabled until you press cancel.

Thanks for the report. I've changed it so the check box state is used at the instant it goes to restart instead of reading it when clicking "confirm".

The check-box state for a given mod is still used at the point when "confirm" is clicked.
