What I did:
I placed constant and decider combinators in this pattern, causing the last combinator to have a large hover description

This caused the hover description to not show any information about health or power, due to it being cut off.
Expected: The description would do something to cause it to show all information, such as zooming out, cutting off the list of input signals, or scrolling up or down.

Note: None of the mods enabled should affect descriptions

Thanks for the report. You can use the not-at-mouse tooltip option and scroll the tooltip there otherwise this is the limits of the at mouse tooltip.
