Force deconstruct does not completely remove tagged ice platforms.
I could be wrong but I think that when the bots remove the heat pipes, the concrete freeze and this change of status stops the ice platform underneath removal order, leaving some after the deconstruction.

Edit: Tested with foundation and concrete on Vulcanus works as intended

Thank you for the report, fixed for 2.0.56.

The cause was that concrete re-freezing would cause cancellation of deconstruction.
