[2.0.55] UI inconsistencies with filter selection and quality

When selecting filters, you can't select the same filter twice. That's fine, this works as intended:
If I select Uncommon quality, I can now select the item. Also working as intended:
I switch back to Normal quality. The filter claims to conflict again, but remains selected:
When confirming the selection, floating text warns me that the filter conflicts but it still shows in the list:
This is only a UI issue, however, because the combinator only has a value of 1 in the signal:
Closing and re-opening the combinator fixes the UI.
I see a few ways this could be resolved:
- Clear the filter visually if setting the filter failed (or otherwise refresh the UI)
- Disable the Confirm button when an invalid selection is made
- De-select the filter if it conflicts due to quality change
Personally I think the middle option is best here, because I'd actually like to be able to select "Iron Gear Wheel" and then select its quality - the current setup doesn't allow me to do that.
