[2.0.47] High lag when simultaneously placing and deleting roboports

1) what did you do?

Hello, in my current save file, I am using the deconstruction planner along with a tiling blueprint to simultaneously delete and place my roboports on a different grid alignment. Additionally, the roboports are cleaning up several building plots and storage chests.

2) What happened?
Around every five or ten seconds, the game lags very badly waiting for entity updates on roboports, based on the debug menu - the moment I was able to capture in screenshot had the roboports at 664ms.

3) What did you expect to happen instead?
I expected for the calculations clearing so much chest contents and so many roboport-covered areas of the map would be a lot, and the game would lag or chug a bit, maybe into 100ms ticks.

4) Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
I saved and quit the game from the main menu three times, waited for my Steam Cloud to save, and re-launched the provided save file, and it happened every time I loaded back to that save. So I think it's every time.

Steps to reproduce:
Load the provided save and observe game update (it has happened to me during this moment consistently)
