[2.0.48] Biter nest dont count as blocked for inserters

Update: these steps are wrong. Sorry! Updated version below!
https://i.imgur.com/WbszXmb.jpeg
1. captured biter nest runs out of bioflux and gets agressive.
2. bioflux gets redilivered
3. Inserter grabs bioflux and puts in onto the uncaptured nest.
4. Bioflux in inserter hand spoils
5. Base gets recaptured
6. Inserter is now permenently blocked with spoilage
Expected behavior: Target counts as blocked and inserter does not grab any item antil teh base is captured.

Thanks for the report however this is not a bug. Bioflux can spoil in the inserter hand at any point during "normal" operation and if that happens it will be put into the output slot of the captive spawner. The same happens in this scenario. You simply need to deal with removing spoilage from the captive spawners.
Additionally: bioflux can spoil in the captive spawner fuel slot which will also produce spoilage that needs to be removed from the entity.

I think that the reported bug is not in step 4 (the bioflux spoils) but in step 3 (the inserter tries to put bioflux in the uncaptured nest when it can not).

I ran into this problem in my run here: the problem is that the inserter hold spoilage, but the nest cannot accept it as it is in the "capturing process". It was hit by a capture rocket from a turret, but cannot accept spoilage, until it gets fully captured by getting bioflux.

So there is no way to handle this automatically as of now. Technically this can also happen when bioflux spoils while swinging it to the bases that capture is in process. So maybe biters that have a capture process in progress need an output slot for spoilage instead?

I do think this is a bug upon testing it. My steps to reproduce (assuming cheat/editor mode):
1) Place a captured biter spawner, giving it no food.
2) Place an inserter feeding it from a chest. In the chest, place some Spoilage. (Simulating expired bioflux)
3) Note: The inserter will not insert spoilage into the captured nest.
4) Advance time until the nest is no longer captured.
5) Note: The inserter has activated and tried to insert spoilage into a now-wild nest.
6) Launch a capture bot rocket.
7) Place Bioflux in the chest. (As if delivered by bots from a fresh delivery)
8) Advance time until the nest is now captured.
9) Note the bug: The inserter is stuck with spoilage and cannot feed the nest again, unless the contents of the inserter are manually cleared.

No it doesn't, the inserter performs exactly as it does for any other blocked tile. You don't actually want it to act as if the enemy spawner was blocking but as if it was valid and full instead.

Looks like it's a different issue - where the inserter grabs "what ever" it wants when the nest reverts to a standard spawner. Once captured the "what ever" is stuck in the inserter hand because the captured spawner doesn't accept it. In this case, the spoilage will never be inserted even with the machine empty because it did not "spoil in the inserter hand" so it's not treated as "goes to trash slots" on the machine.

My Initial steps where wrong: here is an update with a video:
https://youtu.be/r3TINbi3CRs
1. Bioflux gets cut
2. Capture rockets get cut
3. Biter base becomes neutral
4. Bioflux gets reconnected
5. requster chest fill with a stack of bioflux
6. Interset picks bioflux in hand and hold its over neutral biter base
7. Bioflux gets cut again
8. Bioflux in hand AND in the chest spoils.
9. capture rockets become reconnected
10. biter base gets captured.
11. inserter inserts spoilage into output slot
12. Inser is idle as no bioflux in chest (all spiled)
13. biter nest becomes neutral again as its not fed bioflux.
14. inserter now grabs anything (here spoilage from chest) into hand and put it onto enemy biter base
15. base gets captured again.
16. Inserter is stuck with spoilage in hand and cannot put in into output slot
17. bioflux gets reconnected
18. deadlock
All steps provided in video. This actually happened to me in a run
