Module amount exceeds module slots

Sorry for the cuts in the video, I was watching my friend play on Discord and tabbing out a lot, and he somehow managed to put an extra module in the labs, making it 3 productivity modules in 1 regular laboratory. Note that the lab stopped requesting some science packs via inserters while the extra module was in it. 2.0.43 Space Age.

The video is 3:41 minutes long and in ultra low quality of 360p. Honestly, I'm not able to see at what point in time the issue might be shown. It's just a blurred white-ish spot where the amount is being shown. You also seem to use a mod for inserting modules. What happens without that mod?

Here is the important part with audio. Blame Discord for the low quality. And no there is no mods in the game, just base Space Age.

I watched the video and I don't see the issue? You have labs with two productivity modules that are getting +8 productivity. All seems as it is supposed to be. If there is an issue please elaborate more specifically

In the second video you can see him taking out a productivity module, but then there is 2 more in that same lab, another module in that same module slot that he just took one from
