[kovarex] [2.0.43] Dragging belt and rotating places several parallel belts

Sometimes dragging belts a specific way causes extra belts (see video link). I have been able to reproduce the issue with ghost-placing belts in the editor, building real belts in the editor, and ghost-placing belts in-game. I can't reproduce the issue 100% of the time and I'm not sure exactly what technique / circumstances cause it.

To reproduce (inconsistent):
- ghost-place a belt in a straight line from point A to point B
- Keep dragging & holding shift, but move the cursor back towards point A
- press R
- move the cursor in a direction perpendicular to the belt

It may help to interchange the order of steps 3 and 4.

P.S. I saw the new experimental release notes today and all the bug fixes you have all been working on. I'm impressed by the dedication and attention to detail.

was able to recreate it in curent experimental 2.0.47
both on windows and mac specific versions

Can you reproduce this in 2.0.49? I tried it a few dozen times and it's just not happening.

I'm able to reproduce this consistently on 2.0.55 by pressing R *before* dragging to the side, while the cursor is still on the straight belt. Pressing R after dragging to the side does not exhibit the bug.
