Make this better please

Introduce a hotkey for controller players to increase the speed of the virtual cursor.

What?

I would like to be able to control my virtual cursor speed while playing on controller by pressing a button. I want to be able to easily switch between a "fast mode" that I use for getting the cursor to the general area and a "slow mode" for precision clicking.

Currently I have my cursor speed set to a middle-ground that is slightly too slow when the cursor needs to go across the screen and slightly too fast when having to press small buttons (e.g. during inventory management).

My preferred hotkey would probably be RB since it seems to be mostly unused and is easily accessible. The hotkey should be rebindable of course.
