I added this last row some time long after the others were in use, and some poles so they are connected. The info window shows the expected state, and they seem to work fine.
I tried disconnecting their poles; they show fully charged, but no triangles. I have stopped supplying power, they discharge and charge as expected.
I have seen this problem a few times, even in 1.x. It is usually resolved by unconstructing and reconstructing.

Please provide a save file where this issue can be observed or a screenshot that covers larger area. What i suspect is happening here is those accumulators may be in range of multiple electric networks by means of a substation that has no copper wires and so the accumulators are charged from one network and then discharged from the other one to power up for example pumpjacks. Without save file this is undecidable.
-- edit:
Ah no, i will just throw this directly to Not a bug: there are substations seen on the left with a vertical copper cable, and you got small electric pole that is barely touching 4 accumulators that are showing the sparks. This is working correctly as those accumulators are used to transfer energy from one electric network to the other one. If you do not want this to happen, just make sure small electric poles you have are connected to the substations nearby.
