				Pipeline liquids mismatch

				Ive ran into an interesting bug that love to break my entire factory sometimes. Ive seen this only on Fulgora as of right now and specifically with the electromagnetic plants. The liquid inputs/outputs are allowing other liquids to flow through them (see attachment)

			  I can see this being a major issue due to the fact that it bricks the entire factory and allows other liquids to go where they are not allocated to.

				Didn't see this issue yet. I read somewhere that passthrough fluidboxes can also pass foreign fluids, but this never happened here for some reason. Are you sure you never connected the top fluid with one of the horizontal fluidboxes in the past? Not even by accident just for a second?
About your screenshot: how about getting rid of the pipes between your EMPs, put them next to each other and flip every other EMP vertically:

				Didn`t saw this bug before, and i don`t know how to solve it with your placement, but you can use this expandable BP and dont worry about bug (attached BP and preview below)

Buildings with a Passthrough Fluid connection have a hidden Pipe that can hold fluid, independently of the Recipe selected in the machine.  Rotating the Machine during setup can accidentally expose the “wrong” fluid to this Pipe. This pipe’s contents are not visible in the Tooltip, only the Machine’s Input buffer.  A similar issue can happen with Thruster Fuel/Oxidizer mixing, or when switching the various Oil Refinery recipes
You need to completely Purge the fluid networks (using the Storage Tank’s Trashcan icon), or destroy/rebuild the Electromagnetic Plant.

It's much more likely that you've just rotated a electromagnetic factory and exposed it's content to the pipeline, filling it up with wrong fluid. That happens all the time, but that's not a bug, that's opperator mistake.
