[2.0.43] Space age: Weird high power consumption

Hi,
I feel like some "ghosts" are draining my electricity on Gleba. Note that this is a long-running game, but I've noticed something weird where a simple outpost would use an average of 500 MW but after deconstructing it and undoing the deconstruction, the new consumption become less than 50 MW.
Main provider network consumption before connecting the outpost: The outpost demand when it is unconnected: Consumption when the outpost is connected to the main provider network: Consumption usage doesn't seem to add up: Screenshot of the whole outpost: After deconstructing, waiting for the bots to do their jobs, then undoing the deconstruction, power consumption goes back to something reasonable: I've included the save file as well, where the outpost hasn't been deconstructed yet and still has an abnormal power consumption.
