Allow pasting spaceship blueprints in uncharted area

When placing a spaceship blueprint allow the game to generate new chunks (that are obviously empty space)
This will make building large ships significantly easier, because needing to place down a blueprint everytime a little bit of new area gets uncovered gets really annoying.
