Revert Bitter Default Evolution to 0% (Allow Pacifist Challenge once again)

Hi,
Before Space Age I had a lot of fun making a full pacifist run with vanilla settings of Factorio.

The Pacifist Challenge objective was simple:
Play Factorio with Vanilla settings and launch the rocket without killing a single bitter.

It was possible simply because if you never bothered the Bitters they would never evolve or expand into your factory. So I used and abused Green Modules and solar power to grow the factory and be able to launch a rocket while avoiding bitters. It was a legit way to play the game and a fun challenge, being forced to avoid the bitters and keep pollution down. With Space Age bitters Evolution in now 1% by default making the challenge impossible, bitters will eventually expand new nests to the players base or pollution cloud sooner or later even if they never notice you once.
When I saw the new achievement of killing the 1st enemy building with artillary, I thought it was a nod to this challenge, and thats when I found out that it was not like that, even tho I understand the idea, not being able to do something I could do in 1.x just feels like I lost part of the game.

If it became possible I would love to have Space Age version of the challenge like:
Play Space Age Vanilla Settings and reach the end without killing any Bitter, Pentapod or Demolisher.

Unlike other Pacifist ways that Iv see arround, this Challenge forces the players to find ways to navigate arround the bitters for resouces and manage pollution levels to keep them off, providing the purists like me a new way to play the game without adulterating the way the game was made.

Sadly 2.0 basicly eliminates this possibility being it in vanilla or space age. So I came here to humbly request a fix to allow the return of the pacifist run, atleast for the vanilla game.
I understand the point of having bitters evolve from the get go, but maybe if we could prevent expansion till a bitters dies or X amount of pollution consumed, that would allow for pacifist run to be enabled again, and bitters would still be stronger with time passed.

On the future, I would love to see a way where we could steath steal eggs from pentapots to allow pacifist challenge to also extend to Gleba, with maybe ways to reduce Spore pollution. Allowing the game to keep a pacifist route for those who dare to search it, like me and others did in 1.x.

I guess me and few others were playing the game on a way that it wasnt expected to be played, yet the game default rule set allows it, and got obliterated by this 2.0 small change.

Please take this into consideration. Would love to be able to play a pacifist run in Space Age, and see others attempt a vanilla pacifist like a did before.
