[2.0.43] Dark overlay

Suddenly, a dark overlay appeared over the whole screen and nothing fixes it.
It's like it's night all the time, even in map vision. It doesn't show up in space or over menus, only over the game itself,
Even with a clean install, with a new save game, eventually the overlay reappears.
The attachment shows when the overlay bugs and doesn't cover the whole screen. As soon as I move, it gets back to covering the whole screen
