I‘m trying to get along with the circut units and losing against them ( even against the tut) I don‘t know where is the problem
I have a chest with 2 iron and should turn on a colored lamp when specific amount are reached( not work)
I followed the tut ..chest with items, output chest to input combinator , set condition „ output to lamp
„ then use „ use color on lamps „ but is not working the lamp stays always grey and doesn‘t matter if 2 inside or 50

The decider is doing what you told it to, the lamps condition you did not show.

That is not the lamp connected to the decider.

The two screenshots doesn't match. The bottom doesn't show the lamp we see in the top screenshot. In the top screenshot, we see a lamp whose green wire goes to the left where it is connected to the decider. In the bottom screenshot, we see a lamp whose green wire goes to the bottom right. It's a different lamp, or you replaced the lamp without showing. It's a lamp somewhere left to the decider.
And in the top screenshot, we see the purple signal has value 1, while in the bottom screenshot the purple signal has value 0. It cannot be on the same wire.
Unfortunately, you cut the image just before the network number after the "Verbunden mit", so we cannot see if the decider output is connected to the lamp input. The network numbers must match. The lamp input is connected to green network 16, this must match the green output network number of the decider.

After playing with traffic lights from train it is possible to set color too.

Yes, you can set signals to red if you want to. In German it says "Signal schließen".
You can't forcefully set it to green, though - if a train blocks the section, the signal will be red.

Is this a question of day time vs night time? Lamps only turn on at night, regardless of your color settings unless you check the "Always On" (Immer An) checkbox.

Yes

.
Next question how to get the inventory of the train get read out.
I managed somehow on the 1. station but the other ones won‘t work ( 1. first station got even a train number.)
The other ones will not work, nothing is on the wire.
Trains must be on automatic mode. What must be done too?
