[suggestion] add updated timestamp to blueprints

EDIT: Update to the suggestion format.
TL;DR
Add a last updated time field to blueprint books / blueprints that can be seen in the tooltip hover.
What?
It's not a complicated feature request, just an update time on blueprint books.
Why?
I frequently sync my blueprint book between my personal version and the game version (like I'll do some blueprint designs alone, then play on my friend's joint server and need to update the book there). It gets kinda tedious, but it's kinda the cost of organization.

But the issue is that I frequently forget which one I updated last (I have one main book with many sub-books, so it's hard to see what changed and doing side-by-side book comparisons isn't easy). It would be nice if there was a quick way to tell which one was latest.

Neat Idea. I think you can probably infer this (outside the game) by looking at the Steam sync time and the Savegame time; but that’s not really useful.

You can try setting the Icon of your Blueprint Book to today’s date in MMDD format using the Virtual Number icons, like “0403”. It requires you to remember to manually change it, but you can tell at a glance by looking at the Book Icons (not hidden in a Blueprint Description or Name).

Good Luck!
