Changing the amount of liquid when using quality ingredients

TL;DR
In some recipes, with partial use of high-quality ingredients, we get the same amount of liquid.

What?
Hi,
We can use quality materials in recipe Holmium solution, but at the exit we get normal fluid in amount 100 regardless of the type used quality.
I would like to suggest an increase in the output amount of liquid by 5, 10, 15, 20 percent (or other values) for such recipes, of course, if this does not break the balance.
Why?
It seems to me that it's a bit unfair that when using partially high-quality materials, we end up with exactly the same amount of liquid.
