I could not reproduce this, please check my savefile. The problem persists even after save-load.

Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 2.0.43.

As a workaround, as silly it may sound, if you want to be able to configure infinity cargo wagons, you will have to remove all infinity-pipes that are voiding fluids (or if this does not work, all infinity pipes).
