When hovering over circuit network with red or green wire, those wires goes slightly more white. When there's more wires, that can be pretty hard to see where that red or green wire go. Blinking effect could give better visual. That video is just example and might have little too strong effect

Another thing that would help would be to put a dot on connections and fatten the wires.

I also have problems seeing Circuit Wires at certain zooms due to Antialiasing effects. Zooming in/out by a few stops helps. Adding an option to make them
THICKER does sound like a great idea.
Intentionally adding a Strobe/Blinking effect to Wires will result in a lot of Uninstalls, without even stopping to complain on the Forums. That's just not gonna work for most people.

Adding Dots as-pictured does not make sense, since the Entity's Rendered wire connection points do not align with their Collision/Selection boxes (power poles are an egregious example) that will result in a lot of confusion from "where do I click the Wire".

I would only add the dots when hovering the combinator, not all the time - same thing with fattening the wires.
