Hi Forum.

Please help me resolve this bug, as I'm unable to continue my 600h save file

What did you do?:
Loading my save from the menu

What happened?:
Loading of the save goes to a halt, and gives the error:

"ElectricNetworkDeserialiser::getElectricSubNetwork, the electric network with
the given index (1080033280) was not found."

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!:
I expect the save to be loaded.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?:
It happens always, and unfortunately the bug impacts all my prior saves for this run.

Thanks for the report however there are no details here that would indicate existence of a bug in the game. This save file is corrupted.

I am trying to make sense of the corruption, loading fails when loading a roboport at position {-195,189} at gleba when trying to load electric energy source. When looking at the raw data, i can see a unit number that was correctly saved before and i see some values that correspond to roboport inventories after, it is just the electric energy source that is missing all of the data it was supposed to be saved with: there is type of the energy source saved (electric) but everything else that should be there is completly missing. "1080033280" thing is just 4 bytes that represent a float value (3.5) of the animation frame.

If you know how to reproduce this type of corruption please let us know, however the save file is broken and there is not much that can be done with it. I will ask person who last touched electric energy sources if there are ways to load this with the data missing but the odds are quite low.

How many save files you have? Can you upload them all? If one save got corrupted randomly it should not have happened to other saves especially if they are days old.

Unfortunately this save file is corrupted and i am unable to recover it. Since the problem is with the save file, i am moving this to 1/0 magic.
