menu /options/Controls crashes when force exit W windows

Its really really minor and hard to describe;
I downloaded factorio (zip file ) and went to settings/controls and the used the familliar upper right red cross windows has to exit programs, that crashed the game.
It can take a few tries to reproduce this bug but it can be reproduced ( W O having to download factorio everytime) in the manner I stated above.
windows 8.1 64-bit and a Loyal Factorio fan
