When building a pipe connecting to the electromagnetic plant it says that the output is mixed and the plant doesnt produce any electrolyte since the output" is full"

At some point before you set the recipe you had the wrong fluid connected to the machine and it now needs to be cleared manually using the delete-fluid button.
