Change mod settings during gameplay

Is there a way to change the settings during the game? I don't want to play from 0, but I also want to customize the mods.
- Startup Mod settings can be changed from the Main Menu —> Settings window. These requires you to Restart the game to apply
- Map settings are Per-Save; access them from the Pause (Escape) Menu.
- Player Settings apply to your profile, changeable from either the Pause or Main Menu.
