QoL: Place inserter with enabled filter

Especially in Space Age, very often, I want to place an inserter somewhere with the intention of having it filter items before it starts grabbing items from an inventory. Usually (if I remember), I place the inserter in the "wrong" rotation, so it does not start grabbing unwanted stuff, but many many times, I forget and have to quickly deconstruct the inserter again and run behind the belt to grab the items back.
This happens especially on Gleba and when designing space platforms that utilize the hub as storage. (Which also sometimes is VERY fatal, when the inserter is supposed to dump unwanted things into space and accidentally clean up all the required building materials. I saw this happen to a couple of streamers too, so I am certainly not the only one annoyed by that).
Please, add a shortcut that when hold down (e.g. Alt-Shift?) it will place the inserter but the "filter" checkbox is pre-enabled, so it does not start grabbing anything right away.
(I know, this isn't a perfect solution, as you have to remember to hold the shortcut. But that sounds to me as a "good enough" solution and honestly: I can't think of any better idea how to fix that which doesn't involve very unintuitive or intrusive changes..)
