TL;DR
In 2.0/SA we can now easily see when a mining drill has no more mineable resources. I would like to have the ability to add that to a deconstruction planner.
What
How I would image it working would be that the out of resources icon

could be added to a deconstruction planner for selecting drills with that status.
Why?
Especially in the early to mid game it would be very convenient to be able to recover efficiency modules by dragging a deconstruction planner over an ore patch to deconstruct only the drills that have no mineable resources. It is also more visually pleasing to me not to have drills on patches doing nothing.
Mods
I know that
https://mods.factorio.com/mod/AutoDeconstruct is probably the most popular mod for this functionality.

Not quite sure how this works, should I expect a reply in the positive or negative or do we just submit ideas here and that is all?

This is a small QoL, but it could be useful.
For now, as a workaround, you can connect miners to the circuit network, and use that to activate a speaker. It's quite useful, especially if you worry about having to check up on the ore field to see if it's running out.

Mostly submit and discuss ideas with other members. Usually, there isn't a directly reply from the developers, but they no doubt look at this forum section even if they don't reply.
