[2.0.32] Deleting a blueprint doesn't clear logistic orders on it

## Reproduce :)
0. Build a roboport, power it, and put in 1 logistic robot.
1. Put an empty blueprint in a steel chest.
2. In remote view, click on it. A red cross appears, representing a logistic order to remove it from the chest. An alert "not enough logistic network space" appears. So far so good.
3. Right click on the blueprint to enter the editor, and delete the blueprint using the red garbage can icon.
4. Observe. The blueprint item is gone, but the red cross is still there. An alert "not enough logistic network space" is always active. From this point, I find no way to reset from the erroneous state.

## Version
Factorio 2.0.32 (build 81349, linux64, steam, space-age)

I could reproduce this in 2.0.33.

The state can be easily recovered (or at least, I could recover it easily in 2.0.33):

1. remove the X by either
- going to the chest and clicking on the red X (character needs to stand by the chest)
- placing some items into the slot, e.g. placing slot fill request and letting robots do it remotely
2. wait few seconds
3. the alert "not enough logistic network space" is gone

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next release.
