TL;DR

Because cargo bays allow a ship to receive more shipments at once, can we move cargo bays to the front of the queue if a shipment is going towawrds a platform requesting some?

What?

I have been building a handful of ships lately, and when launching them up, it seems like if bumped, cargo bays to be delivered first the player experience is better because as soon as the bays are attached, more parallel shipments can begin. I've kind of gotten around this to a degree, by pre-loading rocket silos with cargo bays.

Why?

It seems getting cargo bays operational as quickly as possible, would be desirable so that the rest of the materials required are ready on the surface can be delivered. I have like 30 legendary silos with materials ready to deliver, but my ship sits there getting transport belts first... When if it just got the cargo bays faster, everything else is faster.
