Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy an entity
2. Create an upgrade task for that entity
3. Create an upgrade task for the upgrade task into a third entity
4. Undo the last upgrade task

Expected:

• Reverted to state 2

Actual:

• Reverted to state 1
• Redoing results in the state 3, skipping 2
• Step 2 no longer exists in history
